Dr. Cziao is truly a gem. I appreciate his calm demeanor and kind, especially as someone who has had poor dental experiences in the past. When I first saw Dr. Cziao, my mouth was in a complete mess- infection, mercury, and infected root canals. Months later, not only does my mouth feel great, but my overall health has improved drastically. After several sessions with this man, even my naturopathic noticed a significant turn around in my health.

I have been a patient at Seattle Dental Care for years before moving to California. I recently had a tooth pulled and implant placement done in the same time because of a long term root canal infection. The process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. I've been avoiding dentist for a long time due to my dental anxiety. Recently, one of my root canals has been bothering me and I had no choice but to seek help. Iafter months of search, I'm so glad that I found Dr. Ciao. He was able to inform me the affects that root canal had on my health. Bad news was that my tooth was unsavable. Good news was thay the procedure was smooth and I didn't even need to take pain medication after the surgery.

Even if they don't take my insurance, the treatments are still well worth paying for out of cash. Strongly advised.

I found seattle dental care after a long search and many dental visits. They were able to answer my questions and find the root cause of my dental issues. My previous dentist had placed porcelain coated metal crowns for me and unfortunately, I am allergic to these metals in my mouth. No one was able to find why my teeth were sensitive and my gums were so inflamed until I met Dr. Cziao (I brush and floss twice a day). I had the old crowns taken out and did a laser treatment. After a few weeks, I returned for my cleaning appointment and my hygienist told me my gum pockets is returning normal. I am so happy that I found Dr. Cziao.

This office may have one of the most beautiful views of any dental office—the Sound in all its glory—and it is there for the benefit of the patients as they sit in the dental chairs. But we don’t go to dental offices for the view; we go hoping and expecting that we will receive excellent care. Those who go to this practice will not be disappointed. Because of the pandemic and a family crisis on the East Coast I have not been going to a dentist for, I am afraid to say, several years. I need a lot of work. But I am in good hands. This dental practice combines both the holistic and the medical in its approach to patient care. Therefore, the patient is treated like a person rather than a dental case. On the other hand, I have been impressed by how technologically advanced this dental practice is. The dental hygienist uses more advanced methods of cleaning that I have been used to. I already feel better even though I have not had any dental procedures yet. I am also happy to report that Dr. Cziao is more conservative in his approach to developing a plan. That is an enormous relief to someone like me who does need a great deal of work, but all in good time. Then there are the other things that I very much appreciate, like a very friendly and considerate staff, an office that is beautifully designed; and even hot tea with herbs while I am in the waiting area;. Finally, I have never been in a dental office that stresses education as much as this one. I feel fully informed about what is being done and why. For all these reasons and more, this will be my dental office indefinitely.

Dr. Stickney saved my oral health. Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to in my 52 years. He treats your teeth as living tissue, choosing the least invasive approach to repair and the most holistic route to recovery, including ozone treatment to mitigate harmful bacterial growth that can cause issues down the line. I have been going to Dr. Stickney for nearly 13, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I wish there were more like him.

I had first visited them for veneers due to discolored teeth from trauma. Long story short, my smile has never looked better and I’m going back to become a long term patient.

Dr. Cziao is a great dentist and an empathetic person. He takes time to listen to your concerns/needs and makes sure your health is always a priority. You won’t regret making an appointment with him.

Absolute best cleaning that you’ll have. I used to suffer years of bleeding gums and gum infections. After consistent cleaning visits with ozone therapy, my gum health has improved so much.

After two failed root canals on the same tooth, I’ve finally decided to give holistic dentist a try. My first appointment was filled with information that I had been seeking answers to and symptoms that I had been suffering. Though I am getting a tooth pulled out, I feel relieved that my pain will come to an end and the process will be done the right way.

Had my visit with Dr. Cziao. I have never had such gentle experience before. Dental visit to me has always been uncomfortable because of the pain and the sound. Well, there is not much I can do with the sound of drill. But what an amazement of the skillset this doctor has! He was gentle and informative. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during the appointment. He has reduced my dental anxiety tremendously.

I found this clinic for my spouse, who suffers from dental anxiety. When we first stepped in, staffs were welcoming, and friendly. Most of all, I actually heard my partner asking the doctor questions and heard them laughing too. While my partner was getting cared, I was offered water and tea, and sat in their waiting room glazing out at the spectacular view of the water.

Love the clinic! They are thoughtful, caring, and only uses clean natural products.

Dr. Stickney Saved my front tooth!!!!! After being told by a highly regarded dentist, who had also consulted with two other dentist in Kirkland that I would need a bridge to fix my front tooth I decided to get one more opinion and this time with a holistic dentist and lucky me that dentist was Dr. Stickney. At my first appointment with Dr. Stickney he listened to all of my concerns regarding my front tooth and before giving me an opinion, sent me out to get a 3d X-ray of my teeth. After getting the 3d X-ray back Dr. Stickney sat down with me and told me that a bridge, in my case would not be a good choice!!! He told me the roots to my front teeth were too short, from having braces and could not withstand the pressure that would be put on them by a bridge. Dr. Stickney then re-xamined my front tooth. Be began to work on it and I assumed he was temporarily securing the loose crown, to buy me some time until an implant could be made. Dr. Stickney got out his laser and lasered the area around around the gum where I had lost my tooth. He worked away and I was very thankful to have my tooth secured for the time being. When Dr. Stickney finished he casually told me my tooth was fixed and it should last me for a very long time!!!!!!!! Dr. sticky used ozone to disinfect the area before securing the crown. He used anesthetic that did not make me sick. He was kind gentle and compassionate and He saved my front tooth. I had thought getting another opinion was a waste of time. Three dentist all had the same opinion there was no way they could anchor the crown since there was nothing left to anchor it too. My front tooth crown is now secured as if it was my own tooth. If I had followed through with my previous dentist I would have had 3 teeth taken out to make a bridge for one tooth and on top of that it would not have lasted!!!!!! I thank God I took the time to see Dr. Stickney. It was a miracle that I found him as I could have gone to 100 dentists and none of them would have had a laser, ordered a 3d X-ray, used ozone.....etc. I would have gotten a bridge and that would have failed too. Dr. Stickney is my dentist for life and I am so blessed to have found him. I can not put into words what he and his wonderful staff did for me. A front tooth is something money can not buy. I still can not believe how blessed I was to find him: he is a diamond in the ruff. Thank you Dr. Stickney and staff from the bottom of my heart.

We're so happy to have found Dr. Stickney! He and his staff comprise the friendliest, most peaceful dentist's office we have found (and we've been to several). Our little one needed a lot of work, and was fearful from previous experiences, but now she loves going to see Dr. Stickney! We travel from Mt. Vernon quite willingly.

I went to an oral surgeon for some extractions then some follow up due to extreme pain and discomfort. After weeks of this I tried Dr Stickney based on a friend's referral, wow what a great idea that turned out to be! He and his staff were the only ones able to alleviate the pain and get me back to healing. This was all done without meds, which my previous doctors had just kept prescribing. In fact here, they used LASERS!!! Thank you technology. Also the bedside manner of the doctor and his assistants was 2nd to none. I will go back for any dental concern to get this stellar care again, truly a standout in this day of doctors pushing drugs or not caring about their patients.
