The cost of your treatment may vary based on your individual needs and treatment plan. For all treatment we require payment at the time of your appointment. At your appointment we can review with you treatment costs and your available payment plan options. This way you can make the best choice for you, your smile and your family.
If you have dental insurance, we will still require full payment at the time of service. We are an Out-of-Network provider please confirm with your insurance that they allow Out-of-Network coverage. We will gladly help you with your claim by preparing and submitting your insurance forms as a courtesy to you. You will need to bring your current insurance information, forms, policy holder’s card and/or group number to expedite insurance processing. Your contracted insurance will then send you an explanation of benefits and may reimburse you directly with a check for however much they agree to cover for your appointment and procedures.
We offer many ways for you to plan for your care. We accept personal checks, cash, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
We can also help you arrange third party financing. We offer financing through CareCredit .
We know there are times and situations that may prevent you from keeping your appointment, or need to make changes to the appointment. If this happens please realize that we need minimum 72 business hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge. We require this to allow time to offer the appointment to someone else. In our efforts to provide dedicated individual care to each of our patients we do not overbook appointments.
